Vs Potters Bar Blues

With out doubt we are playing some of our best football at the moment and we shouldnt really be too fussed about the result as we are starting to see the fruits of our labour from training in the pattern of play we are adopting.

We were largely the better team in most part today and they had one plan which was to go to their number 10 and in the main we dealt with the threat well. We were very unlucky not to score through efforts from Alysia, Ava, Lydia and Amelie.

All players should be proud of what they are achieving and if we keep doing the right things in team play we will see results and more importantly keep learning and developing.

Well done to Sophie Christer and Lydia George who were our players of the match today. Both of these girls have shown positive development over this season and a never giving up spirit to close the play and put the opposition under pressure. Some good balls played through to our striker force as well.
