* Arrival- please arrive in time to register your teams by 08:45am please. First games kick off at 9:15am.
* Will be a quick 5 min run through of rules for coaches before we start so please attend briefing which will be around 09:00am Held next to registration desk.
* Venue: Benington Recreation Ground, Benington, is located in Oak Tree Close, Benington. SG2 7QZ
* Parking - you will be directed where to park on arrival and will need to pay £2 per car. Please ask parents to have the correct change ready.
* Refreshments- BBQ, hot and cold drinks, Hot Waffles with Ice cream, Sweets and Cakes on sale throughout the afternoon. Ice cream van will also be on site. Please make sure parents bring cash, as well as cards. Just in case our card machine struggles with signal. We will have the ability to take card payments this year which should make it easier.
