A great game on a sunny morning at Hartham

A great game by all the players today and some really good team work. It was a tight game at the start but St Margaretsbury scored against the run of play in the first and second quarters. The third quarter saw the team come alive with much more attacking play particular from Zach and Aiden. Aiden started our come back with a great run and finish, we almost pulled level when Zach tracked back, dispossessed the St Margaretsby player before pushing forward and releasing Aiden for an attempt which was well saved. It wasnt long before we had our second. Some good play by Abi and Jess in the middle of the park before Zach went on a great run and slotted home his first before following up quickly with another well taken goal. In the final quarter, Harrison made some great tackles, constantly tracking back and supporting his team mates on a number of attacking runs and was unfortunate not to score. Abi continued her fantastic form in goal with a number of good saves at the feet of attacking St Margaretsby players before Aiden finished off with a great second goal. Well done team
