Our Under 14s kicked off the Bury Festival of Girls Football at Richard Hale School this morning in what was a very even bunch of teams. Sporting our new Kit Sponsored by Crangy Construction.... a very big thank you to them!

All the games were super close and there was some expensive football on show across the morning for all to enjoy.

The Bury girls equitted themselves well and placed 3rd out of 5 teams over all with one win, two draws and one very closely fought loss.

The winners of the age group were @cityyouthfc south with @hitchin_belles_fc whites pipping us by a point to runners up spot (i blame myself for the scoring system lol)

Some super Bury goals were scored by Ella⚽️, Kasey⚽️ and Brooke ⚽️and well done to our goal keepers Madison?, Maisy?, Bella? and Ella ? who all did so well.

Our players of the tournament were Madison ?and Brooke?

The referee gave fair play awards to @cityyouthfc North and @cityyouthfc Souths goal keeper and captain was the player of the tournament (sorry i didnt catch your name)

Thank you also to @bedwellrangersfc for completing the five teams and who looks particularly impressive in their final game.
