Herts FA have recently announce that they are delivering a female focused level 1 course. The theory and practical based course will be held inside the sports hall and classrooms at St Albans Girls School. Based on feedback from other female level 1 learners Herts FA are aiming to deliver a course with the majority of female learners or with those who are invested in supporting female players.

The level 1 course is a stepping stone for any coach looking to get involved with assisting or leading a grassroots team. It includes both the FA Safeguarding Children in Football workshop and The FA Introduction to First Aid in Football course. You can book your place by following the link below.

It would be good to encourage more coaches for Bury Girls in order to assist with the younger age groups and to build the number of players that we can attract. The course is £190 and the attendance at all the sessions is mandatory in order to complete. Bury Rangers will refund the money once the candidate can show they have passed
