Bury Rangers Reds Win Under 11 Divisional Final

Bury Rangers U11 Reds team managed to over a very stubborn and physical Frontiers Youth team in the final of the MHRML divisional cup.

With the match tied at 0-0 at full-time the game then went into extra time with Bury Rangers pressing for the goal that would seal the tight game.

And, with a couple of minutes to go and penalties looming, the deadlock was broken with a superbly struck shot which sailed into the net from Roman’s free kick.

On the final whistle all the boys jumped for joy particularly as this team had lost in an equally hard fought cup final last season. The promise to come back and win it next year was kept. The Cup winning Reds are: Dan, Callum, Monty, Benjamin, Roman, Axel, Connor, Roux, Jordan, Will, Corey and Rufus.
