On a cold but bright sunny morning over 50 children and young adults along with their respective families gathered at Wodson Park Sports Centre for Hertford based youth football club Bury Rangers FC’s Fourth Annual All Inclusive Football Festival.

The event was supported by teams from the Herts Youth Inclusive Football group and Watford FC Community Sports & Education Trust.

The session started with some fun football drills and games, followed by friendly non competitive matches between appropriate age groups. All coaches and parents were hugely impressed by the application and skill shown by the players and the smiles and enjoyment of the group was hugely rewarding for all those involved in arranging the event.

Whilst a non competitive event trophies were awarded to the teams that had showed best application on the day in applying themselves to their practice, match play and sportsmanship. In the younger category the award was given to the team from Bedwell Rangers and in the older age group the winners were Everett Rovers. All participating players were awarded a medal in acknowledgement of their efforts on the day.

Bury Rangers FC All Inclusive Football Team meet every Saturday morning 11.00 – 12.00hrs throughout the football season at Wodson Park Sports Centre Ware SG12 0UG . Sessions are suitable for children from seven years through to late teens and young adults. All sessions are free with no membership required.
